Wholesome Habitat has free shipping Australia wide*
 In some circumstances our 'FREE DELIVERY AUS WIDE' may not apply to your order. There could be additional delivery costs for orders of heavy, large & bulky items such as our furniture, Delivery costs may also increase for customers located in regional/remote areas of Australia.
Orders with large, heavy & bulky items cannot be shipped by Australia Post and instead shipping/delivery will be organised with a courier & freight company.
If postage costs are too high due to your location, size and weight of your parcel, we may need to invoice you for the additional costs which will need to be paid prior to your goods being dispatched.
You will of course have the option of a full refund if this cost is too high for you or you can choose to cancel your order prior to despatch.
If you want a firm price for delivery prior to placing an order, Its best to send us a quick email including your shipping address, location, items you want etc..

Handling Time & Tracking Information
Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an email from us with your freight information and tracking number (Please note: Not all courier companies provide tracking information, In this case, we wont be able to provide a whole lot of information between the time it is dispatched & delivered to you.
 Leave at front door authority will be automatically given. Unless otherwise stated in the "Special instructions for seller" section of our shopping cart. Wholesome Habitat will take no responsibility for missing items.
We make every effort for Handling time to be within 1-3 business days, however Wholesome Habitat accepts no responsibility for delays.
* Please keep in mind over peak periods (Christmas etc) handling time may vary. Please contact us for more information*
International Shipping 
Unfortunately we don't offer international shipping with prices due of the variables with each of our items & each country of destination.
Please contact us via email if you are interested in making a international purchase from outside of Australia.
Don't forget to include your order details like your shipping address & the items you want so we can provide you with a firm shipping price to your location.

Return Policy/Cancellations
Wholesome Habitat offers a 30 day money back guarantee on selected items that are un-opened, un-used and in their original packaging. 
We do not accept returns/exchanges on our furniture so we advise you choose carefully or enquire via email if you have questions before purchasing.
Buyer will have to pay shipping and are responsible for goods in transit, We recommend adding tracking and packaging goods in a safe manner. If we have sent you an incorrect item please contact us immediately and we’ll send out the correct product via Express Post at no cost to you.
In certain circumstances we may authorise an exchange/refund/cancellation but please be aware a 20% restocking fee will apply.

   Damaged Items
 Please note that we and our suppliers take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. If any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order and we will (at our discretion) either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items.  We ask that you take a few pictures of the damaged item and email to us at The more we understand about the issue the quicker we can resolve it.
If a package is returned to us marked undelivered we will contact you to organise re-delivery at your own cost. If you do not respond, you will be refunded the original purchase price less the minimal shipping cost.
Packaging of items for shipping
Wholesome Habitat and our suppliers do our best to reduce unnecessary packaging where possible to minimize our waste.
We do not buy or support the use of plastic although we will re-use plastic bubble wrap for fragile items & old recycled cardboard boxes are also re-used to give protection to orders during there journey
