All items are packed professionally and securely before sending to you. However it is inevitable that parcels may be mishandled at certain times during transit. We advise that we have had many years experience in packing goods and we can almost guarantee that your parcels will arrive unscathed. However, if your item does arrive in poor condition it is imperative that you take a photo of the damaged parcel and send it to us immediately. We will keep you informed on how we will proceed.
All shipments will be despatched same day received or next business day. Maximum days in transit can be up to 5 business days however each parcel has Australia Post tracking which will advise you of the estimated delivery date.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for the return, please email or phone us immediately to let us know about the problem. If we deem it necessary that you return the item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. The receipt/invoice or proof of purchase would be adviseable. For safe return to us it is adviseable to repack the item in the same way you received it in a satchel or box as small as possible with bubble wrap or other material to safeguard the contents. Australia Post charges freight not only by the weight but also the size. The smaller the parcel the better.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be made to your credit card (or original method of payment). Although shipping costs are normally nonrefundable, we may agree to refund your return shipping charge or part thereof by negotiation.
