For retail customers, free shipping is offered on all domestic Australian orders.
All orders are picked and packed within 24 hours of confirmation of the order (or next business day if the order is confirmed on a weekend or public holiday).
We use Australia Post for a majority of our orders and offer both standard and express service. Indicative delivery lead times for standard service is 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 3-7 business days for regional areas and for express service is 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas and 3-5 business days for regional areas. Note however that these are subject to Australia Post processing and as such no guarantee is made concerning the actual time it will take for you to receive your order.
Tracking numbers are always provided and you will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped that includes a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order "real-time".
We offer 30 day returns on all orders.
We understand that sometimes an item you've bought online is not quite suitable for whatever reason. If this is the case, then simply return the unwanted item to us within 30 days (in it's original packaging, tags intact and in an unused condition) for an exchange, store credit or refund - your choice. For "change of mind" returns shipping costs associated with the original order and return of the item will not be refunded.
We take great pride in the quality of our products so if, on the rare occasion, you discover your items to be faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. An exchange, store credit or refund is available* and all shipping costs associated with the original order and return of the product will be refunded in full.
