All Lluie products are made to order. Orders are usually completed within 5 business days but during promotional events, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be made and packaged.
For orders with the added laser etching personalisation service, please allow up to 2 weeks turnaround time before factoring in the applicable delivery timeframes.
Modern Baby Play Gym Frame Package:
Orders including the Modern Baby Play Gym Frame Package may have wait times of up to 3 weeks.
Any orders that include the Personalisation Service or Modern Baby Play Gym Frame Package will have the entire order held back. We do not send our orders out in batches. If you do not want your order held back, please make separate orders.

For all orders shipped with tracking, the tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
We currently use a combination of AusPost and Sendle to best serve our domestic and international shipping requirements.
Delivery timeframes are an estimate.
International shipping time may take longer depending on how long the order was held at customs.
Please ensure that you enter your shipping details correctly. We are unable to accept responsibility of lost order or orders delivered to the wrong person due to incorrect shipping details entered.
For all international orders, LLUIE is not responsible for any custom duties, fees and taxes that may be incurred. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order. Every country has different restrictions and customs policies. If your item is refused and returned to us, re-delivery charges incurred plus taxes will apply to have it re-sent.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are unable to allow returns due to change of mind due to the nature of our products. As such, please select carefully.
Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please send an exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org and include: 1. Pictures of the fault / incorrect item, 2. Proof of your purchase.
All exchange requests must be emailed to us within 7 days of delivery and the return arrangement made within 7 days from the exchange request received. Should we require you to return the original faulty/incorrect item, we should receive it no less than 14 days from time of notice given to you.
In the event where the faulty or incorrect item to be replaced is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.
The item must be received in its original condition (tagged, unused, unwashed). Exchanges not received in the original condition will be either be declined for an exchange or only a partial refund offered. This will be done on a case by case basis. LLUIE reserves the right to make the final decision.
Please note that the wood we use in our products is natural and slight variances in grain and texture will occur. This is not considered as a defect. While we have made very effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our store, please allow for a slight variance in colour of the product due to difference in monitor display colours.
For all approved refunds, the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
