Shipping is FREE within Australia.
Most Australian orders including sheets or quilt cover sets will be sent with Fastway Couriers and require signature on delivery. If your address is unattended, Fastway will deliver your parcel to their closest local parcel connect agency so you can collect when it suits you (ID will be required). Alternatively you can contact Fastway and arrange to have the parcel re-delivered. If you would like to provide an authority to leave for your parcel, please email us advising where to leave the parcel and we will note this on the parcel. Please note that with all authority to leave parcels, Moonlit Sleep with not be responsible for the parcel once it has been confirmed as delivered by our carrier. If you're ordering pillowslips we usually use Australia Post standard delivery with tracking.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not left our warehouse we will refund in full within 5 business days.
Returns for faulty or damaged goods:
Moonlit Sleep takes pride in producing high quality products. We invest in rigorous offshore and local quality control checks to avoid faulty or damaged goods being distributed. In the unlikely event that faulty or damaged goods are received, we will freight a replacement at our cost. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an exchange, or a refund including any shipping cost within 14 days. All claims of defects must be made as soon as the defect is apparent.
Please contact us by email stating the item, date it was received, order number and full details of the defect or damage and we will work through it from there.
Returns for reasons other than defects:
We hope you LOVE your Moonlit Sleep bedding as much as we do, but if you don’t, we do offer returns as follows:
Returns must be made within 14 days of order receipt. Email us
stating the item, date it was received, order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a returns authorization number and form. Please note; all returned goods must be accompanied by a returns authorisation form, so we can identify sufficient details to attend to your return.
All returned goods must be in an “as sold” condition with original packaging and tags attached. Goods must not be washed or used.
We cannot offer a refund if goods have been used, washed or damaged.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to Moonlit Sleep at your own risk and cost. Please ensure you use a trackable service as Moonlit Sleep can not take responsibility for packages we have not freighted ourselves. Please note that any original shipping charge will not be refunded.
After receiving your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Please note that Moonlit Sleep will only credit upon full inspection of the goods.
