We do not refund for change of mind. If a product is faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we will gladly refund the cost of the item within 7 days of purchase. Strictly no returns or exchanges on custom orders, sale or discounted items unless it is Wholesome Habitats error. We do not refund until the item has been returned to us. Custom orders are non refundable due to there nature which often involves getting fabrics in specific to your order – every effort is made to ensure your goods are just want you wanted!
